With a direct injection of cash through spending vouchers and a one-to-one strategic mentoring program, we managed to stabilize local businesses when they needed it most.

The program was built as an integrated model combining a boost to local spending, accessible technology and stronger business capabilities. It rested on five pillars: selection and registration through a vulnerability scoring system, a €50 digital voucher, data-driven management, business training and mentoring, and making the model scalable.

Businesses reported an immediate rise in sales of between 10% and 30%, with no operational friction at all.

selling everyday goods strengthened across 4 municipalities in the Region of Valencia: Catarroja, Sedaví, Horno de Alcedo and La Torre.
